Developmental Stages:
Children develop at different rates. Here is a checklist of things the average birth to 3 year old child can do. If your child is not doing some of the things listed under his or her age group, you may want to consider having your child evaluated for possible therapeutic services. Marathon Infants & Toddlers can conduct the evaluations in your home and, if your child qualifies, can also provide therapeutic services in your home. Evaluations and services are done at no cost to parents. This checklist was taken from The State Education Department's "How I Grow Birth Through Five A Guidebook for Parents."
