We are an early intervention program serving children birth to three years of age in the Bronx, Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn. We provide case management, or service coordination, evaluation and treatment services to children and families in these counties. Parents, case workers, pediatricians, educational and health professionals and the NYC Early Intervention Program officials refer children with suspected delays or those thought to be at risk of developing delays to our program to determine their eligibility to receive services at no out-of-pocket cost to families.
